2. Reporting Channels

Concerns regarding misconduct, financial fraud, data misuse, compliance violations, or unethical behavior may be reported confidentially through dedicated channels:

3. Confidentiality and Anonymity

All reports submitted under this policy are handled with strict confidentiality. Whistleblowers may choose to submit reports anonymously. Identity details will not be disclosed to unauthorized personnel without explicit consent unless mandated by law.

4. Non-Retaliation Protection

BGS strictly prohibits any form of retaliation, harassment, discrimination, or adverse employment action against anyone who submits a report in good faith. Any employee or manager found violating this non-retaliation policy will be subject to immediate disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

5. Investigation Process

Upon receipt of a report, the Ethics & Compliance Committee will promptly initiate an impartial investigation. Appropriate corrective action will be taken based on findings, and where relevant, whistleblowers will be informed of outcomes while maintaining confidentiality.
